A: A premium tour is handcrafted for you by our team. Your role: upload pictures and a floorplan. Drag and drop the spots on the floorplan where you took your pictures. By the way, we even work with hand-drawn floorplans. We’re that good.
Our team builds your virtual tour. We place hotspots based on your floorplan. Radar zones on the floorplan match your pictures. We create a 3D isometric model ready to stage and decorate.
A premium tour gives your customer the ultimate in added value. Nothing sells concepts better than a 3D rendering. Nothing.
Q: Why add an exterior picture if the homestaging targets the interior?
A: If your pictures indicate windows in the room, how cool is it to view the room through the window? (So cool.)
Q: What is photo optimization, and how can it help?
A: Photo optimization is a Realitis exclusive. That’s right. You only find it here. Photo optimization auto-detects where and how your images can be improved. We could just adjust the contrast and brightness. Oh no. Nuh uh. We run through 4 steps to give you the best possible pictures. We guarantee blazing fast delivery too.
Q: If I checked the option for photo optimization, do I have to use your stunningly gorgeous, optimized photos in my virtual tour and/or Magic slider?
A: Stunningly gorgeous? Wow! But yes, they are. No, you are not obligated to use the photos optimized by Realitis. Our client has the ultimate say in which images they use. On our Realitis interface, you can compare the optimized photos with your originals. Pick and choose the best images for your project.
Q: I’m only interested in photo optimization. Can I collect or download my optimized photos from Realitis?
A: We created our interface to cover your needs too. Some of our customers have no interest in the 360° tours. They use our advanced package just for the photo optimization. That’s how good we are. We don’t mind bragging.
Q: Why should I re-order my pictures?
A: Re-ordering images is an optional step. By default, pictures will display in the order you uploaded them. With re-ordering, you arrange the images in a way that makes the most sense to you. The final look of your Magic slider is in your hands.
Q: I’m on step 2 (re-ordering photos for the Magic slider). Why don’t I see my original photo?
A: If our photo optimization detects a floorplan in your photo, it will not appear during the re-ordering phase. If you want to use that photo anyway, return to step 1. Find the original picture, click on the “recognition” icon, and force our technology to identify the image as a normal photo.
Q: What are my payment options?

Q: I tried going to step 4 of the design process. I subscribed to the Advanced or Pro plan. Why isn’t step 4 available? I need step 4.
A: Step 4, the premium tour, is available with our Ultimate plan. Why go with the Ultimate plan? Because a premium tour gives you the best return on investment for the space you designed. Bar none. Nothing sells your design better than a 360° premium tour.
Q: How and where can I customize my premium tour?
A: In our interface, you will add your own picture, logo, or company slogan. You can place these in the upper left corner, lower right corner, on the zenith, or on the nadir. (The zenith shows above the space, and the nadir appears below it. We saved you a Google search, didn’t we?)
Q: I sent my project to the Realitis team. When will I receive my premium virtual tour?
A: Welcome to step 5. First, we send you a notice that we received your project. Expect to hear from us within a few hours of your submission. If we have everything we need from you, we enter “phasus awesomus” and whip out the most brilliant, perfect, amazing 360° virtual tour you will ever see. We average a 24-hour turnaround from start to finish.
